Schedule a meeting using Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook

Select Calendar

Select New Meeting       

Follow below Steps

  1. Set Meeting Title
  2. Add Meeting participant
  3. Set start time
  4. Set end time
  5. Set Meeting location
  6. Write meeting details (Opt.)
  7. Send

Participant will receive an Email

Make decision

  1. Accept
  2. Tentative
  3. Decline


After Accept the meeting an email will send to Meeting initiator

Now find the Meeting here

See the Date & Time

Done

Select Calendar

Select New Meeting


Follow below Steps

  1. Set Meeting Title
  2. Add Meeting participant
  3. Set start time
